Great spot, close to a bus stop - super convenient! the staff here know their stuff and are always ready to lend a hand. the private bathrooms in the rooms were a real treat 😊.

The room was neat and heated, also it had smoke detectors. A coffeemaker and fridges were nice. The property was in the middle of the city.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - just a short stroll away from Emmei Tabako Jizo. You could walk to a small grocery store and convenience stores. It made my trip to Yamanouchi a such wonderful experience...

The staff were friendly, and the location was great as it's close to the airport, making our short stay relaxing and enjoyable.

We were treated like family guests. We had private use of the internal onsen (hot bath), The water was freshly changed so was so hot I could hardly get in but had a lovely time anyway and it was cool enough the next morning for a dip. The host is available to drive you to the nearby Monkey Park which is the main reason for visiting Yudanaka which is a great saving. It is a traditional ryonkan so ignore the "foyer" which is not much. The room was extremely comfortable with fresh green tea on arrival and I had my best night sleep the whole holiday on the tatami mats.

Recommended, Recommended, Recommended ! a wonderfull hospitality in a charming Japanese style hotel, located 5 Km from the snow monkeys park. They have their own little onsen, WiFi in every room. You can chose between Japanese and western breakfast. The owner is a super friendly guy, and they give you a lift to the snow-monkeys park entrance and to the nearby Shibu Onsen .

The clean room with a view of the mountains had central heating, a TV, as well as tea and coffee facilities, and we liked having the option of wake-up service.

Booked a room with a shared bathroom. The food was amazing, excellent service. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants, bars and a grocery store in a cute Japanese town, the closest and safest working train station and even shibu onsen.

Great hosts! They did everything to make my trip special! This included driving me to Monkey Park and to rotenburo. Ownership worked very hard to make sure all guests were taken care of! I will surely return!

The owners speak great English and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We received a free lift to the Monkey Park and to/from a beautiful private onsen (spa) that they booked for us. In fact, the whole village is filled will friendly, beautiful people. I highly recommend a trip here.

The rooms are small and services basic but you know you're not booking 5 star.
